What we collect
When you fill out a form we collect what you give us, like your name, phone, email, property address, credit score range, budget and timeline. Like most websites, we may also collect basic technical data such as your browser, device and pages visited through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it
To respond to you, prepare home plans and value reports, send listings you ask for, connect you with lenders or partners you request, and improve this site. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call you about your request. Text messages are sent only if you choose to opt in. Our forms offer two separate, optional checkboxes: one for non marketing texts (your inquiry, appointment reminders and transaction updates) and one for marketing texts (real estate opportunities, listings, events and service updates) from Stellar Realty Group. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Sharing

Third party services
This site may use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Calendly, an IDX home search provider and our lead funnel at start.stellarrealtytx.com. Those services have their own privacy policies.

You can ask us to update or delete your information or stop contacting you at any time by calling, texting or emailing us.
